Personal training and female group fitness.

Personal training:

I can go to your home to personal training.

Exercises depend on your goal for example weight loss, stengthening ect..

I will give you dietary advice, i make for you personalized workout plan and i help you to do this.

We regularly do some fitness tests so you can check your develope. 

Price:

One session:25£/ session (1 hour)

10 sessions (buy same time) 20£/hour (max 1 month)

If you recommend me to somebody who buy 10 session in same time i give you a free session.

 

Group fitness:

Female group fitness

You can join to my little family atmosphere fitness group. 

It's cardio, core and strenghtening exerises in round workout. 

Twice a week

Monday and Friday 6pm

Price: If pay as you go: 6£/session or you can by a month pass: 35£/month
